ASIG QS conducts design review, de-rating design test, lifetime analysis and reliability test in our own laboratory with unique engineering know how for design review on CRT / LCD / TV monitors, Power supplies, IT products and all kinds of electronic products.

To discover bugs at a early stage and debug on-site to resolve the potential quality risks immediately. To confirm products are complied with customer specifications and to ensure all improvements after qualification test are transferred into production.

Product Reliability Test

We analyze and deal with estimations of high levels of lifetime engineering to eliminate uncertainty and risks of failure.

ASIG QS offers services for assessing the maximum capacity of power rating, current rating and voltage rating as product de-rating design review and electrical stress verification focusing on key components, semi-conductors, power IC, Diode, MOSFET, Regulator.
We conducts environmental stressed test to determine the stability of system and components that is involving testing beyond normal operational capacity.
